This policy covers this website and the request form on it. It describes what the site actually does with your information.
What is collected
The request form asks for your name and phone number. You can also add your vehicle, a description of the problem and a choice about text messages. The form also records the page you sent it from and the site you came from, if any. You decide what goes in the description.
This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Why it is collected
To reply to your request about a repair. Nothing you send is used for anything else.
Who handles it
Zinie Mobile Auto Repair receives your request. The system that receives requests is run by WebDevAuto on the business's behalf, so the website can take requests. Your information is not sold, and it is not passed to other companies to market to you.
Spam protection
The request form uses Google reCAPTCHA and Firebase App Check to block automated spam. These Google services receive technical information, such as your IP address, when the form is used. Google's own privacy policy covers what it does with that.
Text messages
The text message box on the form is unticked by default. If you tick it, text messages about your request may be sent to that number. They are not marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Asking to have your details removed
Call or text (801) 386-6984 and ask to have your request removed. You do not have to give a reason.
