These terms apply to this website. If you use the site or send a request through it, they apply to you.
The site is general information
The site describes the repairs offered and what can affect them. Your car is not the car described on a page, and nothing here is advice about your specific vehicle. Safety information on the site does not replace a mechanic or emergency services. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911.
Requests
Sending a request through the form does not schedule a visit and does not oblige either side to anything. The business may reply that a job is not one it does.
Prices stated on the site
The diagnostic visit is $125 on every job. If you go ahead with the repair, the $125 is credited toward it. If you decide not to, the $125 is not refunded. The travel fee is $75 to $100, depending on miles and fuel, and it is charged in addition to the diagnostic. After 8 p.m. the labor rate is $150 an hour. What a repair costs depends on the vehicle, the parts and the labor it needs.
Emergency, after-hours and roadside calls
Emergency, after-hours and roadside breakdown calls are taken. Whether a repair can be done at the spot where a car stopped depends on the problem and the location.

These terms may be updated. The date below shows when they last changed.
