What should I have ready when I call?

- Where it is parked. An address or a town is enough to start, and whether it is a driveway, a garage or a parking lot.
Are emergency and after-hours calls taken?
Yes. Emergency and after-hours calls are taken. After 8 p.m., the labor rate is $150 an hour.

Every repair is offered except transmission and engine rebuilds. Engine and transmission swaps are fine. The car needs a safe, level place to work on.
