Mobile repair covers all repairs except transmission and engine rebuilds. Engine and transmission swaps are fine. Brakes, batteries, starters, alternators, belts, hoses and suspension parts can be done without a lift, so they can often be done where the car is parked. The car needs a safe, level place to work on.
Much of what goes wrong on a car is a worn or failed part that can be unbolted and replaced. That work needs tools, the part and a safe place to do it.
Every repair is offered except transmission and engine rebuilds. Engine and transmission swaps are done.

Transmission and engine rebuilds are not done. A rebuild means taking the unit apart on a bench and putting it back together. Swapping a whole engine or transmission for another one is a different job, and it is done.
A car that is going to be jacked up needs firm, level ground and room around it. Think of a driveway, a parking spot at work, or a garage with the door open. A steep slope, soft ground or a tight spot with no room to take a wheel off can rule out a job that would otherwise be simple.
